- Set-up – One-time charge per new employee – $2.00 per employee
- Paychecks* – $3.00 per paycheck
- Federal and State Filings and Payments for Payroll – $6.00 per month
- Direct Deposit - $1.00 per check plus $3.00 per payroll transmission
- W-2’s
- Level I – Employees that have been paid through Azure Payroll Service - $4.00 per employee
- Level II – Employees that have not been paid through Azure Payroll Service - $8.00 per employee
Checks options: Printer checks can be provided to Azure for printing, or we can email paystubs so that you can write your own checks.
We will send details for the payroll liabilities journal entries.
*Checks and envelopes must be provided by the client.
There will be a one week delay from the end date of the pay period to the paycheck date.
