Set-up
books
- We will come to you and set up your books. We will set up the appropriate
chart of accounts, enter your customer data, supplier data, inventory
information, tax structure, etc. If you don't know which version of
QuickBooks® you should be using, we can even help you choose the
version that is right for your business!
New
user training - We offer
one on one training for new users to QuickBooks®. This training
includes: two to four hours of introductory training, training materials,
and continued phone consultations. If neccessary, we can even return
for one more round of additonal training.
Phone
Consultations - We can
offer a subscription program for a very small fee that enables you to
call for help when you need it. We will answer all QuickBooks® questions
and help you solve problems.
Financial
Statements
- We will close your books on a monthly basis and send you financial
statements that will help you effectively manage your business. In addition,
we will look over some of your transactions to help make certain you
are entering your data correctly.
Fixed
Asset Management - We will help you depreciate your
fixed assets so you always have the correct book value listed in your
QuickBooks® file.
Discounts
on QuickBooks® products - We
are authorized to sell you Intuit® products at up to a 20% discount
on certain products. We offer this discount to all of our clients!
